Romanian Customer Service Advisor in Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Romanian‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our international customer experience project in Lisbon. You will work in a modern office, receive structured training and later have the option to work in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to Romanian‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with product enquiries, orders, reservations and general requests.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions and meet agreed response times.
• Accurately record customer information in internal systems.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve cases efficiently.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Romanian.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive, positive attitude and team spirit.
