Risk & Business Continuity Expert

About the role

Support the NBS Risk & Business Continuity Manager in implementing and continuously improving the risk and business continuity strategy, operating model and governance framework. Partner with End‑to‑End teams, NBS Centers, Global IT and external service providers to strengthen organisational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the annual Enterprise Risk Management cycle, driving risk identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting across NBS Centers and E2E teams.
• Lead Business Impact Assessments, define Recovery Time Objectives and implement Business Recovery Strategies for critical services.
• Coordinate the NBS Business Continuity testing program, validate results, capture lessons learned and ensure remediation actions are completed.
• Maintain and evolve the NBS Crisis Management framework, organising exercises, simulations and real‑time response coordination.
• Manage the global NBS Business Continuity community, delivering awareness, training and governance forums.
• Act as deputy to the NBS Risk & Business Continuity Manager when required, supporting stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Continuity Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Crisis Management or Operational Resilience.
• Strong understanding of Business Impact Analysis, recovery strategies and resilience testing methodologies.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills, fluent in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex risks into practical business solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with ISO 22301 and other Business Continuity standards.
