RIM Data Maintenance Specialist

About the role

Viatris, a global healthcare company, is hiring a RIM Data Maintenance Specialist in Lisbon. The specialist provides user support for record creation and maintenance in the Regulatory Information Management (RIM) system (Veeva Registrations), answers user questions and supports data cleansing and data compliance checks for information kept in the RIM system.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Regulatory teams on the creation and revision of records in the RIM system for a large global portfolio of pharmaceutical products, including application-level and master data records.
• Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs team on queries about field definitions, data entry standards, system workflows, dashboards and searches.
• Take part in data cleansing operations and support the evaluation of data quality issues through analysis of system-generated consistency checks.
• Help with bulk updates and submit master data requests for dictionary updates to the RIM system.
• Propose improvements to the RIM system, processes or procedures based on hands-on experience.
• Contribute to departmental SOPs, user manuals and data standards.

Required profile

• BS/BA in a technology field, life sciences field or another relevant discipline.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations is strongly preferred; other pharmaceutical experience such as R&D or Quality Assurance/Compliance will be considered.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days working from home.
