RF Engineer – Satellite & Ground Systems

About the role

Tekever is looking for a motivated RF Engineer to join the SAR Product team. You will help design and validate RF systems for ground, airborne and satellite applications, working closely with hardware, FPGA, DSP and software engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Create electromagnetic simulation models for filters, RF PCB layouts and power amplifiers using tools such as Altair, HFSS, TICRA and ADS.
• Perform RF lab tests, develop test plans and produce detailed test reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, integrate and qualify RF subsystems.
• Utilise RF instrumentation (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators) for measurement and debugging.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in antenna or RF technology design, testing and qualification.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and material properties.
• Familiarity with digital signal processing and software‑defined radios.
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (C2 level).
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
