Revit CAD Designer & BIM Coordinator

About the role

We are expanding our team in Portugal and are looking for a skilled Revit CAD Designer who can also act as a BIM Coordinator on water‑treatment projects. You will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, producing 2D drawings, and ensuring seamless coordination across all engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools across civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping models.
• Create and update detailed Revit models, manage families, templates, and libraries specific to water‑treatment equipment.
• Facilitate model reviews, support 4D scheduling and 5D cost estimation, and generate as‑built models for handover.
• Propose workflow improvements, including automation scripts and Dynamo solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or Revit CAD Designer, preferably in EPC or water‑treatment projects.
• Familiarity with construction phases and as‑built documentation.
• Fluent English; French or Dutch is a plus.
