Reporting Officer – Finance (Porto)

About the role

As a Reporting Officer in the Finance Division, you will join Natixis' Statutory and Consolidated Accounting department in Porto. You will be responsible for accurate intragroup reporting and reconciliation, working closely with finance teams across the BPCE Group.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intragroup reconciliations with Natixis subsidiaries and the BPCE group, ensuring compliance with IFRS and French accounting standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports, guaranteeing full adherence to French and IFRS regulations.
• Perform financial reporting using SAP for Natixis Paris and Natixis London.
• Oversee netting derivatives management, processing preparatory statements for clearing transactions, including control, analysis, and reporting.
• Execute controls and accurately record equity securities in reports while processing necessary bookings.
• Contribute to the preparation of the consolidated balance sheet and profit & loss statement for Natixis SA using the Copernic (SAP) system.
• Identify data patterns and anomalies to evaluate financial risk and improve data quality.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to enhance intragroup reporting efficiency, collaborating with teams in Paris and Porto.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial reporting and accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS and French accounting standards.
• Experience with SAP‑based reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to detect data anomalies.
