Remote Physiotherapist (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist to join Sword’s AI‑driven health platform. Working remotely from Portugal, you will deliver personalized, digital care to members through chat, phone or video, focusing on surgical pre‑habilitation and musculoskeletal disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑to‑1 support to members via message‑based chat and phone/video calls.
• Apply Sword’s digital approach to surgical pre‑habilitation and management of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Assist in clinical validation of new therapeutic programs by collecting data and testing new products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience treating musculoskeletal disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage members in a digital care environment.
• Ability to combine clinical duties with member empowerment, behavioural change and motivational support.
• Hard‑working, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a remote, AI‑focused setting.
• Demonstrated basic AI fluency (Level 1) – daily use of AI tools to boost personal productivity.
