Remote Junior French Speaking Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated junior customer support professional who is fluent in French and can communicate effectively in English. The role is fully remote, allowing you to assist our customers from Braga while delivering high‑quality service across phone, email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide product information, resolve order issues and answer general questions.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and empathy for customers.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day, five days a week.
• Ability to work remotely from Braga.

• Experience with a CRM platform.
