Remote Full‑Time Publicist – End‑to‑End Client Management

About the role
Baden Bower is looking for a full‑time, fully remote publicist who will own a portfolio of clients from first contact to long‑term relationship management. You will work with inbound enquiries, diagnose client needs, design PR strategies and drive placements without cold outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Zoom calls with inbound prospects, assess their PR needs and propose tailored strategies.
- Scope, price and close engagements directly in HubSpot.
- Write feature‑quality stories and press releases that meet tight deadlines.
- Leverage the agency’s network of 700+ publications to secure placements.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships, including regular check‑ins, renewals and upsells.
Required profile
- Experienced publicist or PR account manager who can produce polished written content.
- Comfortable with commercial aspects of PR – pricing, selling and managing contracts.
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident on video calls.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts in HubSpot without errors.
