About the role

Join Concentrix as a Remote Danish‑Speaking Customer Service Representative and provide bilingual support to customers from the comfort of your home in Portugal. You will handle inquiries in both Danish and English, ensuring a smooth and professional experience while working within a multicultural call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in Danish and English via phone, chat or email.
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information.
• Guide customers through processes and resolve concerns with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Maintain compliance with established procedures and service standards.
• Collaborate with the wider team while managing your workload independently.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level proficiency in Danish and English.
• Residency in Portugal (must already be living in the country).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and customer‑service mindset.
• Good organizational skills and self‑management.
