Remote Call Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team. This entry‑level position provides on‑the‑job training and requires a minimum nine‑month commitment. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from a quiet home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls, strictly following provided scripts and internal procedures to ensure consistent messaging.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and document each interaction accurately in the system.
• Maintain a calm and quiet home workspace throughout the shift to provide professional service.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and conversion targets, as defined by the company.

Required profile

• Demonstrate strong verbal communication abilities and basic computer proficiency for handling calls and data entry.
• Possess fluent English speaking and writing skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Be reliable, coachable, and willing to adhere to a strict training attendance policy of up to two weeks.
• Commit to a minimum nine‑month engagement, ensuring continuity for the team and customers.
