Regulatory Project Manager – COREP / Pillar 3

About the role

You will join the Standards and Controls – Standards Implementation Office in Lisbon, working within the Regulatory and Prudential Project Implementation team. The role focuses on delivering COREP and Pillar 3 reporting projects and implementing new regulatory requirements such as ITS and ESG reporting across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage COREP / Pillar 3 reporting projects and support the implementation of regulatory changes (ITS, ESG).
• Coordinate project activities, including organization, minute‑taking, preparation of support material, participation in steering committees and follow‑up of action plans and road‑maps.
• Propose and operationalise appropriate solutions in collaboration with Risk, Finance, IT, COO and operating entities.
• Communicate expected developments and ensure their integration into updated processes across work streams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory matters, preferably with project‑management responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, synthesis and collaborative skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to design and adapt manual processes during transition to target IT solutions.
