Regulatory Counsel – Wealth & Trading

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel to support its Wealth & Trading products. The role partners with product, compliance and commercial teams to provide practical legal advice that enables fast, compliant growth of investment services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead legal assessments for the launch of new investment products, drafting customer‑facing documentation and providing ongoing support.
• Advise on complex regulatory matters related to product structuring, marketing, promotion and customer dispute resolution.
• Research and analyse legal questions, delivering clear recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with commercial legal counsel to draft, review and negotiate regulatory clauses in agreements.
• Design and implement compliance policies and procedures for investment offerings.
• Identify, monitor and report on operational, legal, regulatory and compliance risks associated with wealth and trading services.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law with strong academic credentials and experience at a top law firm.
• At least 5 years of experience in wealth, trading, investment services, financial markets or asset management.
• Previous private‑practice experience, preferably complemented by in‑house exposure.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR, PRIIPS and UCITS regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate regulatory provisions in commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical and research skills for complex legal issues.
