Regulatory Counsel – Telecom

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with local telecom regulations while shaping innovative mobile offerings. You will partner with product and growth teams to turn complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable legal processes for telecom products.
• Lead telecom product development, growth initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
• Handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
• Manage operational risk related to telecom services.
• Identify, assess, manage, and report on telecom compliance risk.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a legal role.
• Expertise in consumer rights and advising on telecom products (mobile and fixed electronic communications services).
• Solid understanding of telecom regulations and international service offers.
• Proven experience engaging with regulators.
• Excellent academic background and law‑firm credentials.
• Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
