Registered Nurse

About the role

Triple‑S is looking for a Registered Nurse to join its clinical team and provide direct patient care in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. You will support medical faculty, prepare patients for evaluation, and ensure safe administration of medications and vaccines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care, including preventive, acute, and emergency situations.
• Perform nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, administering medications, oxygen therapy, visual and auditory screening, and vaccination.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, care plans, and medication administration.
• Document clinical information in electronic health records, including history, diagnoses, lab results, and medication reconciliation.
• Maintain nursing area cleanliness, equipment readiness, and inventory of vaccines, medications, and supplies.
• Conduct biohazard waste collection, instrument sterilization, and ensure emergency kits are up‑to‑date.
• Notify supervisors of any patients with altered vital signs and follow established protocols.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with appropriate licensure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
