Registered Nurse – Full‑time Hospital Position

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join our team at Hospital Menonita Caguas Inc in Aguas Buenas. The RN will provide direct, patient‑centered care in an acute‑care hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, discharge instructions, and self‑care.
• Uphold infection‑control and safety protocols.
• Participate in shift handoffs and respond to emergencies.
• Contribute to continuous quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active RN license in Puerto Rico and eligibility to practice in a hospital setting.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and Basic Life Support; ACLS preferred.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and adherence to hospital policies.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays onsite in Aguas Buenas.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing; prior acute‑care experience is an advantage.
• Comfort with Electronic Health Records and basic computer applications.
