Regional Support Trainer – Portugal

About the role

Sovos is looking for a Regional Support Trainer to lead AI and product enablement programmes for its Portugal support teams. You will deliver hands‑on training in both English and Portuguese, ensuring agents are ready for new product launches and proficient with the AI tools that power daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions on AI Pods, product launches, and ongoing skill development for the Portugal support organisation.
• Deliver onboarding modules covering Sovos products, AI tools (TheLoops, Salesforce, Ask Sovi), and support processes.
• Conduct floor‑walks to observe AI tool usage in real cases and provide real‑time coaching.
• Run weekly office‑hours to address agent questions, blockers, and improvement ideas.
• Adapt central enablement content for the Portuguese audience and language.
• Partner with Knowledge Management to maintain accurate, discoverable, and bot‑ready Portuguese‑language knowledge articles.
• Translate or quality‑review Portuguese‑language bot, portal, and knowledge‑base content as needed.
• Gather structured feedback after each training cycle and communicate gaps and improvement ideas to the AI & Product teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
• Experience delivering training or coaching in a technical environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, relatable examples for regional audiences.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
