Regional Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Supply Chain Specialist to act as the primary supply‑chain liaison for our local operations across multiple European markets. In this fast‑growing tech scale‑up, you will ensure the availability of assets, spare parts and deployment kits while bridging the gap between regional Operations and the Central Supply Chain team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guarantee inventory accuracy across local warehouses and third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Control inbound and outbound flows, evaluate replenishment points and place orders for spare parts and deployment kits.
• Execute and support local cycle counts, inventory adjustments and stock transfers in the ERP system.
• Manage exceptions, shortages and prioritize orders according to business needs.
• Coordinate recovery plans with Central Logistics and Operations Planning teams.
• Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs and KPIs, and conduct monthly audits of local warehouses.
• Handle domestic transportation and shipment activities when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Availability to travel 10‑15% of the time to regional markets and warehouses.
• Experience working with multiple 3PL partners across Europe and a solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for inventory transaction management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a methodical, process‑oriented mindset.
