Regional Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Lead to oversee and support a team of Operations Analysts across a defined region. Reporting to the Regional Director and the Operations Strategy Director, you will translate strategy into execution, ensuring high customer satisfaction, ancillary availability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes, coordinating with local depots and ensuring compliance with SOPs, especially health & safety, facilities, stock management and service delivery.
• Monitor core KPIs such as customer satisfaction, ancillary availability and efficiency, and drive improvements.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions and support local teams.
• Act as the right‑hand of the Regional Director and serve as BROM’s replacement during absences.
• Lead, coach and develop Operations Analysts through 1:1s, team check‑ins and performance reviews.
• Partner with People team on hiring, onboarding and training initiatives.
• Manage key regional suppliers (laundry, cleaning, gas, real estate, etc.), lead procurement negotiations and ensure SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel within the region for field visits.
