Regional Asset Lead – Fleet & Logistics

About the role

Indie Campers is seeking an experienced Regional Asset Lead to oversee fleet and logistics operations across the UKI & Nordics region. Reporting to the Regional Director and the Asset Strategy Director, you will translate strategy into execution, support local depots, and drive performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes across the region, coordinating with local depots and Asset Analysts.
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs, especially health & safety, facilities, stock management, and service delivery.
• Monitor and improve core KPIs such as vehicle unavailability, supplier network performance, maintenance costs, and in‑fleet processes.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Act as the right arm of the Regional Director and serve as BROM’s replacement during absences.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Analysts, handling hiring, onboarding, and continuous improvement.
• Manage key supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive strategic projects including depot openings and fleet initiatives, continuously optimizing processes for speed, cost‑efficiency, and consistency.

• Proven experience in fleet, asset, or logistics management.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into operational execution.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
