About the role

Allied Universal is seeking a bilingual Receptionist and Access Control professional to provide security services for a variety of client sites in Puerto Rico, including factories, retail stores, malls, pharmaceutical facilities, and corporate campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to employees and visitors while enforcing site‑specific security policies.
• Monitor and control access points, conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter.
• Respond calmly to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations, following established procedures.
• Process visitor and employee check‑ins at the reception desk in accordance with company standards.

Required profile

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of five years verifiable experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Willingness to work rotating full‑time schedules and undergo background, drug, and credential checks.
