R&D Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

Cegid is seeking a French‑speaking R&D Manager to lead its DSN Contrôle team. In this hands‑on position you will provide technical direction, mentor engineers and ensure delivery of high‑quality .NET software solutions that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the DSN Contrôle team, promoting collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define and guide architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Contribute directly to .NET code development, write testable code and review existing implementations.
• Analyze code for performance impact, identify optimisation opportunities and implement technical solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex .NET applications, maintaining high quality standards.
• Support project planning, execution and delivery in close partnership with cross‑functional teams in France.
• Mentor developers, promote best practices and enforce development standards and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Proven experience leading software development teams.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in .NET development.
• Ability to perform code analysis and performance optimisation.
• Debugging and troubleshooting of complex .NET applications.
• Experience with software architecture and design decisions.
