Quality Guardian

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Guardian to lead our Quality Assurance activities for critical systems across banking, insurance, telecom and energy sectors. The role combines hands‑on QA expertise with team leadership in a fast‑moving, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring delivery of high‑quality software releases.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 and conduct formal quality audits.
• Manage compliance with international standards (ISO 9000, ISO 27000, ASPICE, TISAX).
• Drive process governance, audit management and document management across projects.
• Promote Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and support scaling frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
• Develop simple, value‑focused solutions to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, including QA team management.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 9000 and ISO 27000 series audits.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and an improvement‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Alignment with corporate ethics, customer focus and teamwork.

Required skills

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) – ISO 9001, ISO 9000, ISO 27000.
• Automotive standards – ASPICE, TISAX (plus).
• Agile frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS.
• Audit Management and Document Management Systems (DMS).
• Process Governance / Management.
