Quality Assurance Academy – Banking Sector (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking candidates to join our Quality Assurance Academy focused on the banking sector. The programme provides full training in QA fundamentals and practical experience on banking projects. The first month is onsite in Lisbon, after which the role becomes hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Attend a structured QA training programme covering testing methodologies, tools and processes.
• Apply learned techniques to real‑world banking projects under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Participate in test case design, execution, defect reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• Higher education in Mathematics, Biochemistry, Biomedical, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in quality assurance and willingness to learn.
• Minimum B1 level in French and fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in finance, insurance or banking is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; comprehensive training will be provided.
