About the role
The Quality and Process Officer will support the design, documentation, and deployment of IT governance processes in line with BNP Paribas standards. The role combines advisory, coaching, and compliance monitoring to ensure that IT processes are effective and continuously improved across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain the IT process reference framework and associated tools.
- Adapt Group‑level IT processes to the specific needs of the local entity.
- Provide assistance, advice, and coaching to staff and business units during process deployment.
- Coordinate the continuous improvement loop for IT processes.
- Perform risk assessments and review process‑related risks on projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment with Group rules.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
- Capacity to understand, explain, and support change initiatives.
