QA Engineer (Playwright) – French Speaker – Hybrid (Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking QA Engineer to join a dynamic, agile team delivering high‑quality software solutions for our client. The role is hybrid, based in Porto, and focuses on both manual testing and automation using Playwright.

Key responsibilities

• Define comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Execute manual tests and develop automated scripts with Playwright and JavaScript.
• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira, collaborating closely with developers.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives within a Scrum/Kanban framework.
• Promote QA best practices, improve automation infrastructure, and mentor junior QA analysts when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test strategy and automation.
• Native or near‑native fluency in French (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
