QA Engineer - Mobile & AI

About the role

Alongside partners with organisations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. Its client is a leading digital healthcare and telemedicine company, enabling patients to receive medical advice, and at the doctor's discretion prescriptions and sick notes, directly through its app. It is looking for a QA Engineer to join the Patient Experience team and ensure the quality of its iOS, Android and web applications. The initial focus is on hands-on manual testing, especially on mobile apps, with room to grow into test management and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manual testing across native iOS and Android applications and web applications
• Plan and execute functional, regression, exploratory and other relevant testing activities
• Identify, investigate, document and track defects throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with developers, product and other stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Contribute to test planning and continuously improve QA processes and test coverage
• Develop and maintain structured test cases and test plans using Xray
• Explore the use of Claude and other AI tools to support testing, automate repetitive activities and improve QA workflows
• Contribute over time to the evolution of test automation within the team
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve product quality and testing efficiency

Required profile

• 3-5 years of professional QA/testing experience
• Solid hands-on experience testing mobile applications, particularly iOS and Android
• Strong experience with manual testing, including functional, regression and exploratory testing
• Experience working closely with software development teams in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management processes
• Familiarity with AI tools, ideally Claude, or a strong interest in incorporating AI into QA workflows
• Willingness to learn test management and automation tools and take on more automation responsibilities
• Fluent English
