Purchasing Operations & Execution Specialist

About the role

Join Bosch’s Home Comfort division in Aveiro as a Purchasing Operations & Execution Specialist. You will own the end‑to‑end ordering process, ensure data quality in price agreements, and support continuous improvement across purchasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the ordering process and streamline workflows.
• Maintain and update price agreements in the system, guaranteeing data accuracy.
• Administer purchasing‑related master data and ensure its integrity.
• Support standard market inquiries and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Keep purchasing data and transactions up‑to‑date across all IT platforms.
• Manage and track loan contracts for inventories, ensuring compliance.
• Assist internal control procedures to uphold compliance and risk standards.
• Identify and contribute to process‑enhancement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in operational purchasing, procurement or supply chain, preferably in a large international organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
