Purchasing Operational & Execution Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Operational & Execution professional to join Bosch’s Home Comfort division in Aveiro. The role will own the end‑to‑end ordering process, ensure data quality and support continuous improvement of purchasing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the ordering process and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain and update price agreements in the system, guaranteeing data accuracy.
• Administer purchasing‑related master data and keep IT systems current.
• Support market inquiries, evaluate suppliers and solutions.
• Manage loan contracts for inventory and ensure compliance.
• Assist internal control procedures and contribute to risk‑management standards.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in operational purchasing, procurement or supply‑chain roles, preferably in a large international company.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP for purchasing processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
