Purchasing Assistant – Operations & Procurement

About the role

As a Purchasing Assistant at Bosch Group in Aveiro, you will support the procurement team in streamlining ordering processes and maintaining high‑quality purchasing data. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end‑to‑end ordering process.
• Manage and update price agreements in the internal system, ensuring data quality.
• Administer purchasing‑related master data to guarantee accuracy and integrity.
• Support standard market inquiries, identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data across all IT platforms.
• Oversee loan contracts for inventory, ensuring compliance.
• Assist internal control procedures to uphold Bosch’s compliance standards.
• Identify and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives within purchasing operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in operational purchasing, procurement or supply‑chain roles, preferably in a large international organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage data and contracts accurately.
