About the role
H.B. Fuller is seeking a Purchasing Agent to support the procurement of raw materials, packaging and finished goods, ensuring continuity of production. The role manages inventory, maintains SAP data and collaborates with suppliers to meet cost, quality and delivery objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Procure materials based on production plans and forecasts.
- Monitor inventory and maintain appropriate safety stock levels.
- Ensure timely material availability to support production requirements.
- Maintain accurate material and supplier data in SAP.
- Support supplier negotiations and manage pricing information.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or material planning.
- Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple purchasing priorities and meet time‑sensitive production requirements.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
