About the role

We are looking for a Procurement professional to join our Logistics & Construction Procurement team in Madrid. The role focuses on sourcing and negotiating logistics services for renewable energy projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Balkans, ensuring cost‑effective and timely delivery of heavy components such as blades, towers and nacelles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, evaluation and negotiation of contracts for logistics services, specialized transport and construction support.
• Develop and maintain cost models, price benchmarks and offer comparisons to challenge cost premises and secure the best commercial terms.
• Drive negotiations and build strong relationships with suppliers, operations, logistics, sales, legal and finance stakeholders.
• Support sales and tendering teams during the bidding phase by calculating competitive logistics costs and securing supplier capacity.
• Monitor contract compliance, track logistics delivery targets and maintain long‑term commercial partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience for high‑potential candidates or 5+ years for senior procurement specialists in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation or service management within multinational environments.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, construction, infrastructure, energy or other project‑based industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to interpret numbers, run financial benchmarks and communicate persuasively.
