Purchase Controller

About the role

Thousands of deliveries. Thousands of invoices. One person who catches it first. You're the reason production doesn't stop for something that could have been spotted at goods‑in. Fast, detailed, and where our future buyers come from — we're hiring three, and the team is growing around you.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure administrative and commercial support tasks for the purchasing department
• Request quotations from suppliers
• Process and track purchase orders
• Support in supplier management
• Regularize purchase orders for processes already executed
• Act as a bridge between finance, logistics, and planning departments

Required profile

• High school diploma (12th grade of schooling)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience analysing invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders
• Experience in administrative support for purchasing is valued
• Knowledge of Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and responsibility skills
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication abilities
• Versatility, proactivity, and dynamism
• Proven C2 proficiency in Portuguese and B2 proficiency in English
• Team spirit and good integration capacity
• High sense of responsibility, task organization, planning, and deadline management
