Prompt Engineer – Conversational Designer

About the role

We are expanding our Prompt Engineering team and need a senior Conversational Designer to craft high‑impact prompts for AI agents. You will translate complex business processes into clear, automated dialogue flows that power real‑world products.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client‑side business processes, internal instructions, and conversation recordings.
• Design end‑to‑end scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate those processes.
• Create training and test data sets for LLM‑driven chatbots and voice assistants.
• Develop and apply methodologies to assess AI agent performance and continuously refine prompts.

Required profile

• 4+ years hands‑on experience in AI/ML or conversational AI projects, preferably in fintech, telecom or retail.
• Proven track record in prompt engineering for production LLM use cases.
• Experience designing conversational flows, intent recognition, dialogue trees and fallback handling.
• Familiarity with prompt testing/QA and AI observability tools (e.g., LangSmith).
• Experience with human‑in‑the‑loop evaluation and prompt iteration.
• Nice to have: background in UX design, AI voice, or business process analysis.
