Project Manager Trainee – Transportation Projects

About the role

Join Siemens Mobility’s Project Execution Team as a Project Manager Trainee. You will support senior project managers in delivering complex rail and transportation projects on time, within scope, and on budget while gaining hands‑on experience in a global leader of mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Manage on‑site relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Coordinate on‑site works, material deliveries, and resource allocation.
• Track progress against detailed project plans and report deviations.
• Support change‑control processes for scope, schedule, and cost adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to capture project data.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, procurement, legal, and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret technical and contractual information.

• Microsoft Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
• Project scheduling and timeline analysis.
• Budget monitoring and financial analysis.
• Process mapping and diagramming.
