Project Manager – Strategic Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic transformation initiative within the financial sector. The role focuses on delivering Target Operating Model (TOM) designs, improving operational efficiency, and driving business transformation across complex banking environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end strategic business transformation and management consulting projects (non‑IT).
• Develop and implement Target Operating Model (TOM) and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Produce analytical reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and governance frameworks.
• Work autonomously while juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required profile

• Strong consulting background with experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and change‑management capabilities.
• High attention to detail, rigor, and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation design.
