Project Manager – Special Machine Builder

About the role

As a Special Machine Builder Project Manager at Bosch Car Multimedia, you will act as the strategic bridge between internal equipment users, suppliers, and development teams. You will oversee the full lifecycle of industrialisation projects, ensuring that planning, execution, and delivery meet Bosch’s high standards of quality, cost, and timing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships and communication with internal equipment customers.
• Prepare quotations and plan the implementation of new equipment and automation projects.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and tasks to keep timelines aligned.
• Participate in technical discussions with suppliers and internal stakeholders on equipment, materials, and solutions.
• Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, and partnership development.
• Track material orders to guarantee timely availability for project execution.
• Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency, and quality improvement.
• Ensure project delivery according to global schedules while maintaining performance standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and organising complex technical projects.
• Experience coordinating team activities and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Background in industrial environments or equipment development is an advantage.
