Project Manager – SaaS Implementation

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the implementation of its Digital Workplace SaaS solutions. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from kickoff to go‑live, monitoring milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, third‑party vendors, and other resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Drive customer success by aligning implementations with business objectives and facilitating adoption.
• Organize client training and onboarding sessions.
• Maintain thorough documentation, status reports, and change logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of project management experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end software implementation projects.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.
