Project Manager – Real Estate & Hospitality Development

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate and hospitality development projects from concept to hand‑over. Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants and public authorities, you will ensure projects meet schedule, budget and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Secure all required entitlements, licences and permits.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, select design consultants and oversee procurement.
• Coordinate design development, bidding, contractor selection and construction activities.
• Monitor progress, control costs, identify savings and mitigate overruns.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain quality‑control procedures, conduct inspections and manage punch‑list items.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and record‑keeping throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate or hospitality development projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with architects, engineers, contractors and government entities.
