Project Manager – Offshore Wind (Hybrid)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading engineering team that delivers large‑scale offshore wind projects. The Project Manager will own the full project lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, cost, quality and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive overall project strategy, planning, budgeting and execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and regulators.
• Manage project performance across cost, schedule, quality and resources.
• Oversee governance, reporting and stakeholder communication, including executive updates.
• Lead RFQ processes, supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Manage risks, change control and ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate logistics and port‑related activities and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive project close‑out, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Naval or related).
• 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in offshore wind.
• Proven delivery of complex projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
