Project Manager

About the role

KCS IT is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to lead IT and software development projects. You will work in a hybrid setting in Lisbon, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and international clients while embodying our values of dedication, transparency, and proactivity.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks, dependencies and issues.
• Track progress, budgets and deadlines, reporting status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing software development or IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Waterfall methodology.
• Jira.
• Confluence.
