Project Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Inetum is looking for a Project Manager who is fluent in French to lead software development projects in Lisbon. You will act as both a technical reference and a team leader, ensuring high‑quality delivery while fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design, coding, and DevOps activities.
• Promote clean‑code standards, robust architecture, and comprehensive testing.
• Standardise development practices, including automation, reusable frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Coach engineers, build a collaborative team culture, and participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Guarantee project delivery on time (≥90%) and maintain solution stability.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Drive adoption of GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot) and continuous process improvement.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring clear visibility for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading development teams in an Agile environment.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level).
