Project Manager – French Speaker (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager who speaks French to lead infrastructure projects in a hybrid setting based in Lisbon. The role involves defining, planning, and delivering small‑to‑medium sized projects while ensuring they meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, lead and deliver one or more infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Set up tools, operational planning, risk and budget management, and monitor internal and external resources.
• Produce project reports, raise alerts on risks or issues, and ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Manage project communication and maintain high‑quality interactions with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience using Jira for project tracking and workflow management.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and anticipate potential issues.
• Proven ability to lead, guide and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, improvement‑focused mindset.
