Project Manager (French)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a French‑speaking Project Manager to lead IT delivery projects for a variety of clients. Based in Porto with a hybrid work model, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive process improvement and ensure successful software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and influence technical stakeholders.
• Implement and optimise software delivery processes, including SDLC, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Identify and drive standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate project status and risks to clients and internal leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management within IT environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and good English proficiency.
