Project Manager – EMEA

About the role

Deel is looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for complex, high‑value clients across the EMEA region. You will manage senior client relationships, drive project delivery, and own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for complex, high‑value clients, including senior client relationship management.
• Provide project governance, facilitate steering committees, and ensure clear stakeholder communications.
• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts with sophisticated onboarding requirements in the enterprise segment.
• Develop and execute project plans, track milestones, and deliver on agreed outcomes.
• Tailor the project approach to each client’s context, exercising professional judgement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence product and operational outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading implementation projects for enterprise‑level clients.
• Strong ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive project governance.
• Excellent communication skills for steering committee facilitation and stakeholder updates.
• Demonstrated judgement in customizing project approaches to diverse client contexts.
