Project Manager (Electrical/Electronic)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead medium‑size projects in the electrical/electronic sector. You will ensure that all activities comply with policy, contractual agreements, quality, health, safety, environment standards, financial targets, and schedule commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams, set direction, allocate tasks and monitor milestone delivery.
• Define and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Drive execution excellence, aligning with best practices, policies and governance.
• Monitor progress, resources and financial performance, including costs, invoicing and cash flow.
• Proactively manage risks and opportunities to create value.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to secure materials/services and support negotiations, claims and changes.
• Ensure compliance with contract, quality and HSE standards and lead proper project closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering.
• 2‑5 years of professional experience in project management.
• Experience managing scope, cost, schedule and vendors/sub‑contractors.
• Customer‑oriented with strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to balance internal and external stakeholder interests.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
