Project Manager – Data & Systems for Responsible Sourcing

About the role

The Project Manager will lead data and system activities for the Responsible Sourcing team across Nestlé Business Solutions, ensuring robust KPI frameworks and seamless data collection across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce global standards for Responsible Sourcing KPIs, guaranteeing robustness, auditability and scalability.
• Co‑design and oversee deployment of data collection tools with external partners, aligning them to global standards.
• Lead and monitor external partners during the annual spend‑baseline refresh, providing knowledge transfer and troubleshooting assistance.
• Drive the end‑to‑end annual KPI calculation process, implementing governance, data‑quality controls and analytical insight generation.
• Design, deploy, upgrade and support PowerBI reports in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Manage data‑related projects, including design, validation, legislative adaptation, deployment, training and ongoing maintenance.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in economics, business or IS/IT.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven project management experience.
• Good understanding of GLOBE Solution or similar platforms.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to facilitate issue resolution and conflict management.

Required skills

• PowerBI (report design, deployment and maintenance).
