Project Manager Data Migration & Reporting Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive strategic data initiatives, modernise reporting and lead large‑scale migration programmes in a highly regulated environment. You will act as the bridge between technical teams, IT, compliance, operations and senior management to ensure successful delivery and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation of manual reporting into automated Power BI solutions.
• Define and execute project roadmaps, milestones and delivery plans for migration initiatives.
• Coordinate technical teams, data engineers, business analysts and reporting specialists.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs and reporting mechanisms, and facilitate stakeholder alignment across compliance, operations, audit and technology.
• Monitor project progress, migration readiness, testing activities and post‑migration stabilization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing data‑centric projects in complex, regulated environments.
• Proven ability to bridge technical teams, IT, compliance and senior management to ensure data integrity and successful delivery.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid.
• Data migration and transformation program management.
• Business intelligence reporting, preferably Power BI.
• KPI definition, monitoring and executive reporting.
• Data governance and data quality management.
• Risk, issue and dependency management.
• Stakeholder and steering committee management.
• Understanding of data architectures, databases and reporting ecosystems.
