Project Manager – Banking sector (English & French)

About the role

Axians is seeking a bilingual Project Manager to lead finance‑related initiatives for a banking client on an international project. The role combines project coordination, accounting validation and solution improvement across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Validate non‑regression across all active entities and ensure accounting mapping complies with the OFS standard for various reporting needs (financial, management, credit risk, liquidity).
• Drive continuous improvement of finance solutions, aligning regional implementations with group standards.
• Capture user requirements, conduct feasibility studies and define target solutions.
• Design and execute testing strategies, create test cases, and perform detailed reviews of accounting entries and reports.
• Provide UAT validation on behalf of finance users.

Required profile

• Completed Master’s degree in Business School or Engineering.
• Project experience is a plus.
• Background in banking, audit, accounting, consulting or management control is appreciated.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, regulatory principles and financial information systems.
• Fluent in English and French.
