Project Manager – Architecture & Engineering

About the role

KHōRA is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead architecture and engineering projects from planning through delivery. Based on‑site in Lisboa, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets and ensure high‑quality outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Lead coordination meetings with design, engineering and logistics teams.
• Track progress, prepare status reports and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Supervise expediting activities with suppliers and contractors, ensuring timely inspections and deliveries.
• Resolve logistical and technical issues that could impact project milestones.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations and health‑and‑safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in construction, architecture or engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with expediting, inspection and quality‑control processes.
• Strong background in logistics management, material coordination and supply‑chain follow‑up.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
